TICKETING POLICIES

Change of Address Policy - If address needs to be changed, please either call the Ticket Office at 322-GOLD or mail in your new address at: Vanderbilt Ticket Office, 2601 Jess Neely Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. The Ticket Office asks that customers keep an updated address and phone numbers so we can always keep our customer service to the highest level.

Lost/Stolen Ticket Policy - If ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, the ticket will not be replaced.

Admission Policy - Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket and is restricted to the location of that ticket. If student, then must have valid ID.

Re-entry Policy - Per Southeastern Conference rules, no re-entry is permitted at any gate. If you leave the stadium, you must have a new ticket to be readmitted.

Prohibited Items - All food and drink containers, bottles, horns, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, backpacks, large bags, video cameras, strollers, infant seats, hard surfaced materials, pocket knives, or any object deemed hazardous by the game management personnel. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest of safety. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium.

Order Fees - Thank your for supporting Vanderbilt Commodore athletics. In order to service fans more promptly, the Vanderbilt athletics department has partnered with Paciolan for internet orders and with Turnstyles ticketing for phone orders. Both of these premium services are for you, the customer, in order to make ticket purchases convenient to fit your schedule. Orders placed online or by phone will carry a nominal convenience fee that is non-refundable.

For phone orders over $11.00, there will be a $7 phone order charge.

For phone orders $10.00 and less, there will be a $3 phone order charge.

On the internet there are different fees for different sports.

We will be happy to serve you in the McGugin Center Box Office from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm Monday through Friday on non-holidays. No convenience fees apply for tickets at the McGugin Center box office.
