The Commodores led off their outdoor season with a top start, with three of the women notching some of the best performances in both the Southeast Conference and the nation, according to both SEC and TFRRS.org records.

Kristen Findley, Jordan White, and Brionne Williams were all top-performers with their 1500m and high jump marks.

Findley, who ran the 1500m event on Saturday in a time of 4:23.63 for the No. 4 all-time leader at Vanderbilt, was the No. 12 performer nationally over the weekend. White was just behind her as the No. 18 nationally with her finish of 4:25.68.

They ranked fourth and fifth in the SEC behind a duo from LSU--No. 1 Charlene Lispey and No. 3 Laura Carleton--and NO. 2 Brittany Sheffey from Tennessee.

Meanwhile, William’s high jump mark of 5’9.25” put her as the third in the SEC and ninth in the nation.
