MG travels to ASU/Red Wolf

The Vanderbilt men’s golf team travels to the Arkansas State Red Wolf Intercollegiate this Monday and Tuesday at the RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Ark., in a 54-hole event that features 22 teams.

The Commodores will send seniors Adam Hofmann and Trey DelGreco, sophomore Charlie Ewing, and freshmen Ben Fogler and Hunter Stewart to compete in the team competition.  Junior Will Snipes will play as an individual.

The Commodores will be joined by Arkansas State, Arkansas-Little Rock, Austin Peay, Belmont, DePaul, Drake, Eastern Illinois, Jacksonville State, Louisiana-Monroe, Meridian Community College, Missouri State, Murray State, Northern Iowa, Oklahoma City University, Oral Roberts, Southern Illinois, Southern Illinois-Evansville, UT Martin, Tennessee State, Texas-Pan American, and Troy.

The RidgePoint Country Club will be set up as a par 72, 6,565-yard layout.

Thirty-six holes will be played on Monday, and the final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday.
