Vanderbilt Athletics is happy to assist your fundraising efforts by donating tickets to your organization. To assist us in processing your request please complete the above form and return it by fax (615-343-7064) to the Marketing and Promotions Office. Thereafter, any questions regarding the status of your request should be directed to Debbie Green in the Vanderbilt Ticket Office (615-322-3544).

Under NCAA recruiting rules, Vanderbilt University is not permitted to provide a prospective student-athlete (defined as any 9-12 grade students) or his or her family with any extra benefit such as a gift, monetary benefit, tickets or cash. Accordingly, any student donation by the Vanderbilt Department of Athletics is made subject to the following conditions:

• The Donated item(s) may not be given, sold at a discount or auctioned to any prospective student-athlete.
• The proceeds generated from the donated item(s) may not be used to benefit or assist any high school or local sports program composed of students in grades 9-12.
• The donated item(s) must be used for the charitable purpose stated above and may not be used to influence a prospective student-athlete to attend Vanderbilt University.
