What is the National Commodore Club?
Each year since 1973, the National Commodore Club faces the challenge of funding the athletic scholarships available to the student-athletes who represent Vanderbilt University.
Investing in the future of a Vanderbilt student-athlete symbolizes your commitment to the mission and vision of Vanderbilt Athletics. Generosity from alumni and friends of the Commodores enables students to pursue a world-class education while competing in arguably the toughest athletic conference in the nation, the Southeastern Conference.
Your gift to the National Commodore Club allows us to attract great coaches and to recruit quality student-athletes while creating an environment that breeds academic and athletic success. Your generosity, as alumni, friends, and fans of the Commodores is absolutely vital to the success of Vanderbilt Athletics.
Not only do donors to the National Commodore Club make a remarkable difference in the opportunities afforded to each of our student-athletes, but also their annual giving entitles them to certain benefits, such as priority seating and reserved parking. All benefits are allocated using the National Commodore Club priority point system. If a current donor is interested in changing his or her seating or a new donor is interested in discussing seating options, they can call the Ticket Office at 615-322-GOLD.
It is clear that our student-athletes are among the best in the country. With your help, we can continue this tradition. Please join us in building the Vanderbilt Athletics program.
If you are already a member of the National Commodore Club, we want you to know how much we appreciate your support. You are valued friends and fans of the Vanderbilt family whose commitment to the National Commodore Club is immeasurable. YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATTERS!
If you are not a member of the NCC, we encourage you to join our team. Please make a gift and become a member of the National Commodore Club. Your support will make a difference. All gifts to the National Commodore Club are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The deductibility of your gift may be affected by any benefits that you receive.
